The CAPTAIN lettering, curved bracket and solid bell form give this piece immediate personality, with the cord adding a natural point of interaction. The darker antiqued finish gives the CAPTAIN lettering and curved wall bracket a stronger, more graphic presence.
A doorway, bar counter, covered veranda or garden room gives it a natural job: part decoration, part little ritual whenever someone gives the cord a pull.
For someone furnishing a cottage, bar or maritime corner, this is the sort of gift that gets installed rather than put in a drawer.
Decorative maritime bell; mounting requirements depend on the wall or surface used.
